Houseplants have their own way of making any space feel bright and gorgeous. If you are thinking about living up your place with some greenery, succulents can be just the right plants to adorn your home. Beloved for their unusual appearance and minimal attention, the current trend of groupings and bulk succulents might became your favourite one as well.

Succulents form a vast and diverse group of plants with juicy and fleshy parts due to their tendency to store water for weeks and months in the leaves and stem, or both. Native to different habitats from arid deserts to seaside cliffs , cold mountains or even steamy jungles, they come in astonishing array of shapes, sizes and endless colour variations ( all shades of green to pink, red, and yellow). Their unique leaves range from ruffled, rounded, needle like and spiky to beautiful flowers.

Given all these variations to choose from, you can really come up with all kind of display ideas and try almost everything. As people have realised how versatile they are and easy to work with, succulent house plants have seen an uptick in popularity among many who want easy-care plant choice for their home. Grouping them together in a container is a great way to bring a slice of colour into your home so if you love DIY projects, try planting your own bulk succulents garden by combining small plants into  glass, marble or terra cotta containers with hole in it, top with crystals and you have a nice decorative element that you can put anywhere around the house. The other way your favourite succulents can go is vertically and for a creative display, hang them in a frame that holds the dirt and the plants.

So if you already feel like being caught on to the succulent plant trend but you don't fell comfortable enough with your gardening skills, the good news is that having them doesn't have to be hard if following some simple care tips .You can grow almost any succulent indoors as long as you give it enough access to bright light and for that, it's better to be placed next to the sunniest window in your home for at least six hours per day. When it comes to watering there is one simple rule and that is to check the soil in the pot, if it calls for moist, then it should be watered , otherwise just leave it to dry. The soil itself needs to sandy well drained because as already said it should't retain moist.
